Our Factory
To satisfy the various demands of our customers, we have installed advance machineries with suitable production line to enhance both of our products quantity and quality.
Rice Silo
White rice is carefully transported from the mill to the factory through conveyor belt. It is stored in the rice silo, prior to being processed to enhance its quality. We have installed a cooling system to preserve our product in the best possible conditions.
Conveyor belt
By using conveyor belt to deliver our rice from one place to the next for the whole production line, we can reduce the number of damaged rice and make the production process quick and convenient.
Pre-Cleaner
The pre- cleaner removes lighter impurities such as dust, dirt, chaff and straw by blowing or sucking air through the mass of falling grain and removing these light impurities in the air stream.
De-Stoner
De- stoner was imported from Japan for the purpose of removing stones that have the same physical dimensions as the rice to ensure that our product is safe for consumption.
Power Control System
Our production process is controlled by modern power control system with touch screen function.
Polishing
Mixing a fine mist of water with the dust retained on the whitened rice improves the luster of the rice (polishes) without significantly reducing the milling yield. Apart from making rice white and shiny, polishing machine also helps to prolong the rice storage life.
Color Sorting
Using color sorting machines to shoot out the color defected material from the input rice. The hi-tech machines were imported from Korea and feature high resolution CCD camera with DCS algorithm that is used to detect defect objects. The types of defects in rice are: black tipped, chalky, yellow, mouse droppings, immature grain, etc.
Length Grader
To attain a higher degree of precision for grading and separation in accordance with the Thai Rice Standards, the white rice is separated into head rice and, large and small broken rice by a sifter.
Cooling System Storing
High quality rice is stored in the silo to protect it with cooling system to ensure that our rice will be in the best possible condition when they are delivered to you.
